The House
The house was built in the year 1995 and with it's turret and alcoves it's really a delightful sight for romantic eyes. To the home belongs a garage and a shelter for two-wheelers.
The Apartment
Our bright and charming non-smoking apartment is situated at grade, means on ground floor. The apartment disposes of a bathroom with shower and WC, a small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, microwave and coffee machine, a living room with lounge and dinette, Sat-TV and a bedroom with king-size bed.
To the holiday home belongs a garden with terrace and garden furniture, where you can settle in and enjoy the beautiful view.

The Location
The house is situated very quit on a hill upon the Rhine River, far away from the railway. A place with pure air and a breathtaking panoramic view on the Rhine and the Gutenfels Castle which is situated opposite to the flat. A shopping center (Tengelmann, Lidl) is situated in Oberwesel about 5 km away. In Bacharach (approx. 3 km) you can find a baker, butcher and a supermarket and a small mom-and-pop store for the most needed things for life is within walking distance in Langscheid and if it's still to far, you pick up the bread delivery service.
